LAMINACIJA KOBILICE - LAMINATING OAK KEEL

Laminacija hrastovih dasaka epoksidnom smolom u formu kobilice na drvenom kalupu. Laminati su debljine 8 mm.

 

Lamination oak planks with epoxi resin in the form on the wooden mold. Oak planks are 8 mm thick.

KOSTUR REBARA I KOBILICE - ASSEMBLING BACKBONE OF THE KEEL AND FRAMES

Sastavljanje rebara i kobilice na posebno pripremljenom postolju sa šablonama po pozicijama sukladno nacrtu.

 

Assembling the frames on the keel on specially made base by positions according to blueprint.

POSTAVLJANJE OPLATE I ZRCALNE PLOČE - MOUNTING THE HULL AND THE TRANSOM

Oplata od mahagoni letvica debljine 12 mm, profilirana na poseban način (WEST-SYSTEM). Svaka letvica se lijepi i učvrščuje vijcima na rebra.

 

Hull is made of mahogany planks 12 mm thick, profiled in specific way (WEST-SYSTEM). Every plank is fixed on the frames with epoxi resin and a screw.

TRUP PLASTIFIKACIJA - HULL PLASTIFICATION

Na osnovu od mahagonija nanešena su tri sloja biaxiala u različitim smjerovima te na kraju jedan sloj rowinga. Sve to izvedeno je u jednom danu po sistemu mokro na mokro.

 

On the mahogany base we laminated three layers of biaxial in different orientations and one rowing on top. All of that was made in one day by wet on wet system.

IZRADA KABINE - CONSTRUCTION OF THE CABIN

Izrada kabine bila je posebno zahtjevna jer na kabini nema praktički nijednog ravnog dijela. Kabina je također sastavljena od profiliranih letvica na koje je kasnije naljepljen 5 mm furnir kojeg je trebalo savijati kuhanjem. Krov kabine napravljen je od masivnog mahagonija debljine 25 mm koji je također savinut uzdužno i torziono.

 

Making of the cabin was especially demanding because there is practicaly no straight lines. The cabin is also made of profiled battens that are laminated with 5 mm veneer from the outside that was formed by heating. The roof of the cabin was made from massive mahogani planks 25 mm thick wich is bended torsionly and in-line.

KABINA NAMJEŠTAJ - CABIN FURNITURE

Izrada namještaja uključuje izradu kreveta, ormarića, hladnjaka, wc-a, sjedalica u kokpitu. 

 

Making of the furniture inside includes cabinets, beds, fridge, toilet and seats in cockpit.

PALUBNA KONSTRUKCIJA - DECK CONSTRUCTION

Palubna konstrukcija izvedena je od hrastovine i poprilično je zahtjevna zbog različitih nagiba koji se preklapaju. Također u isto vrijeme izvedena je i konstrukcija kokpita te kabine koje su zbog ovalnog oblika bile poseban izazov.

 

Deck construction was made out of oak and was also demanding because of different inclinings that are overlapping. A that time we made a construction of the cockpit and a cabin that were demanding because of the oval shape.

MOTOR PROBA - MACHINE TEST

Da bi se napravilo postolje za motor bilo je potrebno sve to isprobati uživo jer je mjesta bilo jako malo a motor je ipak trebao kompletan stati ispod palube.

 

To make a base for the machine it was necessary to try out everything in place before there is a very little space in machine compartment and I wanted the machine to fit completely inside under the deck.

PALUBA ZATVARANJE - CLOSING THE DECK

Paluba je zatvorena vodootpornom šperpločom zbog njene male mase i čvrstoće. 

 

Deck was closed with waterproof plywood 12 mm thick because of the fewer mass and strenght.

PALUBA PLASTIFIKACIJA - DECK PLASTIFICATION

Nakon postavljene palube bilo ju je potrebno presvuči slojem rowinga i epoksidnom smolom, jer palube uvijek prve propuste vodu. U isto vrijeme napravljena je i bankina od mahagonija te se započela raditi tikovina na palubi.

 

After fitting the plywood it was necessary to laminate te deck with a layer of rowing and epoxy resin because we don’t want a leak on the deck. At same time we made sideboards of mahogany and started to mount a teak deck.

LAKIRANJE INTERIJERA - VARNISHING INTERIOR

Lakiranje interijera izvedeno je špricanjem hHempelovog dvokomponentnog laka u nekoliko slojeva. Krov kabine je lakiran prije ugradnje zbog pristupačnosti. Isto tako su i dijelovi ormarića lakirani prije ugradnje zbog postizanja veće kvalitete.

 

Interior was sprayed with Hempel two components varnish in several layers. Top of the cabin was varnished before fitting in. In the same manner cabinets are varnished before instalation.

BALAST - BALLAST

Doprema željeznog balasta i okretanje broda da bi se moglo nastaviti sa radovima unutar broda.

JOŠ MALO PA GOTOVO - ALLMOST FINISHED

Postavljanje okova, razvlačenje strujnih kablova i montaža uređaja, spajanje istih i slični poslovi zahtjevali su dosta strpljenja i vremena.

 

Instalation of the hardware, wiring, electical components.

POSTAVLJANJE BALASTA - FITTING THE IRON BALLAST

Postavljanje željeznog balasta bilo je zahtjevno ukoliko se uzme u obzir da je gotov brod trebalo podići na visinu od 4 m, i to na priručnoj građevinskoj dizalici. No ipak je sve dobro prošlo a vijci od kojih su neki dužine i 70 cm prošli su kroz kobilicu bez problema i balast je sjeo na svoje mjesto kao da je oduvjek tamo.

 

Fitting the ballast was demanding considering the fact that we have to lift finished boat to 4m height with a simple construction jack-lift. Fortunately everything went well and the bolts (some of them were 70 cm long) passed through the hull nicely as they were allways there.
